Classy Stitches goes to great lengths to ensure that all garments/products ordered from our shop are filled accurately, are of the highest quality, and delivered in a timely manner. For us to achieve this, we ask for the following:

• Any changes to orders must be made in writing WITHIN 24 hours after the order is placed. Changes CANNOT be made after 24 hours.
• When placing your order, any personalization requested is cAse and pUNCuaTIon SensITiVE! Please REVIEW your order carefully to ensure the personalization is accurate before the order is submitted. All orders will be personalized EXACTLY as presented.
• Trademarks, copyrighted language, or personalization deemed inappropriate will not be produced. Your order will be filled without personalization.
• Items that are materially flawed; the quality of the decorating is below a reasonable range of expectations; or the personalization of the final product is “different” from the personalization submitted can be returned for a replacement within 30 days of purchase. Holiday purchases (October thru December) can be returned by January 31st the following year. The item must be returned to Classy Stitches unused and not laundered or altered in any way for replacement.
